Tips
Here are some hitting tips when facing a tough pitcher:

1. When you are approaching the box -- clear your head. Focus on only a couple of things before you go and hit.
2. Capitalize on the first couple of strikes; take advantage of pitcher's mistakes.
3. Just relax and keep it simple. If you get too tense, it will affect your swing and you will not put your best swing on the ball.
Remember, keep hitting as simple as you can when you're facing a good pitcher – only focus on a few things. Try and capitalize on the first mistake the pitcher makes, relax and have a good at-bat. Try this new tip and see your confidence and batting average go up! |
